このオンライン規約は鉛筆式MMD二次創作モデルの共通規約です。
全モデルに適用される共通事項のみを記載しています。
モデルを使用の際は、個々のモデルに同梱されている個別ReadMeと合わせてご確認ください。
個別ReadMeにはここに記載のない追加の禁止事項や注意事項の記載がありますので、必ず確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。
また、個別オンライン規約のあるモデルもありますので、その場合はそちらをご覧ください。
ここに記載があり、個別ReadMeに記載のない事項があった場合は、その記載事項は必ず適応されるものとします。
鉛筆式二次創作モデルは個人が趣味で制作した二次創作物です。
原作の権利者様とは一切関係がありません。
原作、関係者様にご迷惑がかかる場合、その他何か問題が起きた場合には予告なくデータの配布を停止いたします。
ご使用については自己責任でお願いいたします。
当データ使用により発生したいかなるトラブルにも当方は責任を負いません。
この規約は予告なく内容が変わることがあります。使用の際は最新のものに従ってください。
◆禁止事項
・商用利用・金銭を伴うやりとりへの利用（同人誌等を含む）。
・宗教的・政治的な思想を含む一切への使用。
・誹謗中傷侮辱を目的とした一切への使用。
・原作キャラクターのイメージを貶める表現。
・性的描写を含む作品、R-18作品への使用。
・グロテスクな表現・過度に下品・暴力的な作品への使用。
・公式からのリッピングモデル（吸出しモデル・ぶっこ抜きモデル）・他者のモデル利用規約に違反している可能性のあるキメラモデル等のモデルデータと共に作品に使用すること。
・改造の有無を問わず、自作のモデルと偽ること。
・改造の有無を問わず、当データの一部または全部の再配布・売却・交換譲渡。
・キャラなりきり的（なりきりアカウントのアイコンやVRChatなどのアバター的使用でキャラになりきる）利用。
・このデータを元に立体出力（3Dプリンター）を行うこと。
・ニコニ立体への投稿。
・MMD・MMM・nanoem等のMMD類似ソフト、またはそれを補助するソフト以外での使用。
◆改変について
・配布されている衣装モデルや自作衣装を使用しての衣装替え改変が可能です。
（衣装の利用規約にも従ってください。また、体型調整など必要な調整を行ってください）
・一部パーツのみの別モデルへの流用、別キャラへの改変は禁止。
・パーツとして再利用するための素体利用を禁止。
・グロテスクな改変は禁止。
・異性ボディへの改変は禁止。
◆その他
ニコニコ動画で使用の際にはコンテンツツリーに登録していただけると嬉しいです。
クレジットの際には「鉛筆」、「鉛筆式」でお願いいたします。（ひらがな・ローマ字などの表記ゆれは構いません）

This data has nothing to do with the original proprietors.
Distribution of this Data will be aborted without any announcement, in case the use of this data may be a nuisance to authorship relevant, or if any kind of troubles had occurred.

- DO NOT USE for any works containing ripping model.
- DO NOT CLAIM the Model Data as your original work, regardless of any remodeling.
- DO NOT SELL, RE-DISTRIBUTE or EXCHANGE the whole or a part of this Data regardless of any remodeling.
- DO NOT USE as icon for “bot” or fake/pretending character account on the SNS site.
- DO NOT USE on VRChat.
- NO 3D printing use.
- DO NOT POST this Data or contents/works created with this Data to NicoNicoSolid.
- DO NOT USE this Data with other software except for MMD and pursuant software.
◆Remodeling
-It is permitted to change the outfit with other distributed or self-made outfit models. (Please refer to the Terms of Use of the distributed clothing model. You may adjust the Model Data as needed).
-No partial diversion to other models, or remodeling to other character.
-DO NOT USE as a basic model for reusing parts of this Data, remaking or changing into another Model.
-No grotesque remodeling.
-No remodeling to the opposite sex.
In case of posting your work to NicoNicoDouga, it would be much appreciated if you could register the ID number of the video that distributes this Data.
